In my opinion, Midwest Dental is superior on price and customer service. A lot of companies would have you believe that ordering direct saves you money, but I routinely check pricing with companies that do not have a sales force and across the board, Midwest Dental is more cost effective. Not only is their pricing competitive, but their organization exemplifies professionalism from top to bottom. They are, and will continue to be, my full service dental supplier.
