Return Policy

  • Items purchased from Midwest Dental may be returned for credit within 30 days of invoice date.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Freight charges cannot be refunded.
  • Returns will be accepted only if shipped prepaid, in their original unopened, unmarked packaging, and prior authorization (R.G.A.) has been obtained.
  • A copy of the purchase invoice and RGA must accompany all returns.
  • If a product mix-up is our fault, we'll gladly accept your return and cover all shipping costs.
  • Dated products, controlled items, and special order items may not be returned.
  • Alloy and handpiece sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Methods of Payment

  • Credit Card: Your merchandise is shipped FREIGHT FREE (standard shipping) when you use a major credit card. (within primary delivery area only)
  • Statement Account: We can bill your order to a statement account upon credit approval. Please contact your sales representative or our customer service department for a terms and conditions agreement. Payment must be made within the terms of the agreement to maintain statement account privileges. Past due accounts are subject to an 18% APR finance charge.
  • All equipment orders greater than $10,000 require a 25% deposit. Final payment is due upon delivery or before shipment.
  • Credit cards are accepted on purchases under $10,000 only.
  • Monthly payments through third-party finance companies are also accepted.

Fast & Friendly Service

Orders are processed as rapidly as possible...and accurately! Ninety eight percent of all orders ship the same day. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, your customer service representative can recommend a substitution and/or delivery options.

Condition of Sale

  • Current catalog supersedes all previous catalogs.
  • All orders subject to acceptance at our office.
  • Orders under $50 incur a $5.95 handling fee.
  • Out-of-stock items ship with no additional shipping fees. (primary delivery area only)
  • All orders, with the exception of freight-free credit card orders, will have a $7.95 shipping charge per order. (primary delivery area only)

Warranties

All product warranties are dictated by the manufacturer. All labor by Midwest Dental Equipment & Supply is warranted for 90 days. Our wish is to work with you and provide the most timely repair alternatives, whether in our shop or on-site.

Damage Claims

Any claims of damage should be reported to the carrier within three days. Any external signs of possible damage should be documented with the driver before he leaves your office.
